What do you call commercial bulk honey prices?

Sone of the reasons we are looking at this is because there is always
a problem for us in getting rid of the stock. People will sell it at
full price but only after their stocks have gone. So this means we
have to hold onto the stock until members have sold their own.

Also we are discsussing the merrits of allowing members to do this
provided they put in time at the out apiary (also a problem for us)
and members can use the money they make to help fund their hobby.
