Re: Stirring honey



An old timer even recomened to use only aromatic plants for the somker, in
no way to use
materials that can leaves "odor/aroma" on the honey.

When I boil the frames I even place rosmary in the boiling apparatus, a
little "good"  impregnation occurs.

Of course when  "stirring" the frames for extracting the honey the "stirrer"
should have a half cover.
