Hi there, My wife and I have been using a Panasonic PV-L-757 (VHS-c) video camera and we'd like to move from that to a miniDV camera so that we can convert our old tapes to CDs. I keep reading opinions as to how badly many new cameras perform under low light. And my wife says our 757 does pretty well in low light. Since I have no way to evaluate this (never used other cameras), I would appreciate any input as to how our old camera compares against models like the Sony trv-22, 33, 900, Panasonic PV-DV953, and the like. Is there a risk that we could get a better image in good light at the expense of a low light image worse than the 757 ? Also, how do cameras like the trv-900 and PV-DV953 compare in size to our 757 ? thanks in advance
