G10R FTA Problems

I am having a hell of a time trying to pickup the TARBS G10R FTA stuff.  I
can pick up a nice KU band signal off of that bird but I can't seem to get a
good quality signal to get a good fta reception.  My MSR FTA reciever has
two displays for signal.  One is actual signal which is up at 95 and the
other display on screen that is called the signal quality is between 10 and
29 which was the highest.  When I do get a viewable signal its intermittent
and picture breaks up.  I am using a 10ft dish and a C/Ku corrotor setup.  I
have tried jogging the dish back and forth and also tried adjusting the
polarity but nothing.  My signal strength meter is pegged when I have the Ku
coax going to it and then to my FTA reciver.   I am using this type of FTA
