Houston Tracker VI UHF Remote for sale

I have a remote for the Houston Tracker System VI that is in very good
condition.  It light up when the buttons are pressed.  I don't have the
receiver to really test it, but it appears to work fine.  It is a UHF remote
also. Also has the descrambler buttons on it. I've tried before to get
remotes and its very expensive to find a replacement.

I'll take $35+actual shipping costs.
