If this is true, then posting that link in rsve is strictly against the
charter of the group (and probably against the entire rec.* hierarchy).

Can anyone confirm that this site is indeed encouraging piracy, so that a
suitable complaint can be made about his posting the URL here?

(The publicity belongs in alt.satellite.tv.crypt, not in rvse.)
