I thought maybe the DirecPC line might have counted as the "fourth", but
it sounds like not. That's good to know.

That's exactly what I needed to know. Thanks.

Thanks again. It was not clear from what I've read if this was the case.
Yes, I should have mentioned that I was not speaking of the regular 4.99
DTive fee, as I added that when I called them with the new receiver
access card numbers. I thought initially that there'd be an additional
4.99 charge for the second feed into the DTivo from the dish, but it's
good to know that there is not. Now I just need to pay some installer to
string the cable.

Thanks to you and Jack both for quick and accurate responses. I've
gleaned a lot of useful information from this group in a short time. I
find lurking is, for me, the best way to learn, but these two questions
were bugging me.

I think I'll just have to give it some time to get a handle on this whole
Tivo thing, but I really like what I've seen so far. I just ordered an
upgrade kit from weaknees.com, as it just doesn't seem like 35 hours
would be enough. So by this time next week I'll have a 240 hour Tivo (2
160GB drives). :)
