16mm to DVD ??

I have about 100 ---10-15 minute long 16mm B&W films from the 30's&40's.

What is the proceedure for getting to digital format for editing, adding
audio, and ultimately to be able to burn to multiple DVD.

What is the standard proceedure and what are my options?

Who can you recommend for this type of work?

What should I expect to pay for this job?
