Graphic Video Templates?

I'm looking for some video graphic templates like Digital Juice
offers, only I'm not too excited about forking over $600 since these
are strictly for home/personal use.  

Does anyone have some resources that can be downloaded / shareware
resources for stock video, fun graphic, etc?
