Need comparison: PANASONIC PV-DV402D and JVC GR-DVL725U

Hi, 

I am trying to buy   a camcorder and    have two choices right now. 

PANASONIC PV-DV402D 
 JVC GR-DVL725U 

Both are mini DVs. 

Which one has the better image quality? 
Which one do you recommand?
