New in Box, still shrinkwrapped
Full length PCI card

Includes 8, 80 wire, 40 conductor single device cables (you attach one
drive on each of the 8 connectors on the card)
Includes driver disk and documentation

Supports ATA-33 and ATA-66 drives (must use 80 wire cables for ATA-66
drives)
They should support ATA-100 drives but not at that data transfer rate
I believe they will support drives up to 128GB in size, possibly higher
but that's not guaranteed

They support RAID 0, 1, 1+0 (aka 10), JBOD
Do NOT support RAID 5

You don't need to use 8 drives, RAID from 2 up to 8
Mirroring requires an even number of drives, however
Great for video capture/editing, get great throughput without the cost of
SCSI
