(I just posted this at another newsgroup)... I live in Los Angeles, and I ordered the "On the Buses" triple feature DVD from Amazon.uk This is supposed to be a 2-disk set, with the first movie on one disk, and the second and third movie combined on the second disk. When I received my order from Amazon, it came with only the first disk. The second and third movies were MIA. I contacted Amazon.uk, and they sent me another copy -- and the very same thing happened. One disk, first movie, second and third films MIA. No second disk. I wrote them again, and explained the problem. In the meantime, I contacted a gentleman in England who runs a fansite devoted to "On the Buses." He kindly wrote back explaining that, when he ordered his DVD, he had just the opposite problem -- he got the second disk, but not the first! Here's my problem: Amazon.uk has now wrote back saying "Please know that I have consulted the ordering department and they informed me that all the three movies are on the single disk only." This is, of course, crazy. Even one of Amazon's own customer reviews comments how the title is "All three...movies on a double disc set." Any ideas out there? I've already written Warner Home Video about this, but is there other authoritative proof somewhere that this is indeed a two-disk set? THANK YOU THANK YOU for any help you might offer.
