HOW to combine 2 DVDs into 1 and retain subtitles and multiple audio tracks

Hello

I have problem -  I want to put vobs from 2 music DVDs and author it as 1
DVD and still have 2 audio tracks and (most important) subtitles.

DVD Shrink would be just perfect, but it can not cope with 2 DVDs as the
source.
TMPGEnc DVD Author overcomes Shrink problem, but can only work with 1 audio
track (I could live with that) and loses subtitles.

Is there any soft combining all my requirements?
Of course I could demux vobs, reauthor it but don not know the toold to
extract subtitels so they can be recognised by encore or maesto.
