No, why should it?  Neither I nor my attorney work for any government. 
Neither of us care a lot about what government documents say.  If a 
judge accepts our case, it goes to trial, regardless of which country 
the defendant is in.

I do, and learning from the mistakes of others is often helpful.

Yes, there are many ways to accomplish certain things, and my attorney 
is aware of most of them.  Who said anything about U.S. law?
