For $30 if the player breaks they'll fix it. But if they can't they'll give me a new one. What the hell, $30 for peace of mind and no hassles if it breaks. I got the Panasonic RV-35. It's a great player but there is one thing that I hate about it. Say if you're watching a movie and with some players you can turn off the player and later turn it back on and watch the movie from where you left off. With this RV-35 there is no way to do it. However, I read some guy figured a way to. Other than that it's a great player. Sony's are good too. Nick
