Expert Advice needed

Hi,

I've just wasted half of my weekend trying to get my Pioneer DV360 to be
multi-region using my laptop's IRDA. I have decided not to rely on the
mall's incompetent sellers anymore and ask for expert advice. If your most
beloved player meets the following criteria then it would be nice if you let
me know:

- multi-region, no macrovision
- can produce pal output from ntsc signals
- has an optical digital audio output
- dts would be nice but it not a must.

Any tips?
