Yeah. Sonicblue used to make the ReplayTV PVRs, Rio MP3 players, and other 
Rio-branded AV gear. IIRC, Sonicblue went into bankruptcy earlier this year 
and its assets were auctioned off to Japan-based D&M Holdings, the parent 
company of the Denon and Marantz high-end audio equipment companies, which 
then formed a new company called Digital Networks North America. DNNA now 
markets the ReplayTV and Rio products along with high-end home media 
products offered by Indianapolis-based Escient Technologies, which D&M 
acquired a week after the Sonicblue assets acquisition.

Now, why, if I may ask, are you asking about Sonicblue? :)
