CODEC help needed !!

I have this movie file a cannot play. I made it a year back with a Ezonics
webcam. Avic.exe says the used decompresser is JPGL : Proprietory format
used by many WebCams which are built around the DIVIO NW 801/802 chip such
as the Logitec QuickCam Pro, VideoLogic [EMAIL PROTECTED] and other cameras from
Askey, Mustek, Microtek, and Tekom.

But I can't find the codec to play the file anywhere. Can anyone help ?
