Cable TV Pricing

I have been with Time Warner for 4 years and my bill has increased
about $10/year [for various reasons].

In January, I understand that my monthly TWC bill will increase by
about 40%.  This is a pretty steep increase.

Any suggestions on how best to negotiate a better price?  I'm already
considering which premium channels to dump, but here's got to be a
better strategy.
