Seems to vary with local cable firms. In NYC,
for Time Warner, it's press + and exit at the
same time (+ is the center SELECT button).
Then you tune to channel 1999. Your
diagnostic channel may be different, this
sequence might bring it up directly, or it
might not work at all.
