I have a barn, very spartan, very genuine, just the place for earnestly writing the Great American novel and other important literary projects. It's even got a little loft, you can slap on a beret and go up there and shiver, make believe you're a genuine earnest writer in a genuine earnest little garret in the east village. Best of all, is free, and, double bonus, only a drive to Starbucks should you feel the need for a double latte.
