Airport bus schedules and hotel reservations are normally a
click away on the ryanair web site where you probably got
flights.  That leads you to http://www.kystbussen.no/ which
seems to have a problem with it's ryanair posting.

As for many ryanair flights to obscure airports, there is a
dedicated bus that meets that particular ryanair flight and
carrys most everyone to the major city hour(s) away rather
than the obscure local towns (ok, Stavanger isn't so obscure).
At least there was for me a few months ago; I noticed some
warning on the bus site recently and now can't make sense of it.

Normally there would be a change of bus in downtown Haugesund
for a few minutes to catch the Bergen express, but possibly
these aren't synchronized so nice after a possible shift in
ryanair schedules.  It's an outrageously scenic bus ride since
you go island hopping to Bergen, taking bus on a scenic ferry.
