Marriott - 45th and Broadway
Doubletree - 47th and Broadway
Crowne Plaza - 48th and Broadway
Renaissance - 47th and Broadway

I doubt that any hotel would allow you on the roof. Only a limited
number of rooms at the Marriott have a view where you can see the ball
drop. I don't know that any of the other hotels have rooms facing the
ball. At any rate I doubt that you could get a room with a view at
this late datre.
