ApartHotel in Managua, Nicaragua

I live in the Northeast U.S. and travel every winter to Central America.

I usually stay at "ApartHotels" because of all the features and
conveniences like a full kitchen, washing machine etc..

I plan to visit Managua, Nicaragua in a few months and was wondering if
anyone has experience there and knows of any Aparthotels.
