charming Parisian studio for rent

Hello,

I'd like to tell you about our studio in Paris.  It's a fully furnished 
studio apartment with a separate kitchen, W/C and shower, on the 6th 
floor with an elevator and a sunny southwestern exposure.  Located in 
the heart of the 15th arrondissement, it's an easy walk to the Eiffel 
Tower, Montparnasse and St. Germain, and close to Metro lines 8 and 12, 
as well as numerous bus routes.  

The apartment is newly renovated, and features a convertible bed/lounge, 
dining area, built-in wardrobe and all amenities, including wide screen 
TV with cable, multizone dvd player, stereo, laptop with high-speed 
internet, microwave, hotplates, refrigerator, coffeemaker, kettle and 
many other gourmet kitchen accessories.

The price includes linens and all utilities.  The accommodations are 
comparable with hotel suites costing much more.  In fact, the hotel that 
is around the corner from our flat costs about 180 euros per night.  
Since our flat has a fully stocked kitchen, you don't need to eat out 
for every meal and that way you can save a little money and feel a 
little more Parisian while you do it.

The Studio normally rents for 750 euros/usd per week but for a limited 
time we are charging 500 euros per week.
