I stayed at Iberostar Quetzal about two years ago.  The grounds were
really nice, almost like a well planned nature trail.  The food was
decent, the swimming pool very nice, and the beach ok.

I went there by myself and was a bit annoyed that there were no
games/activities for single people, but only for kids and couples.  If
you are a couple or family, it's a nice resort.
