? Occidental Caribbean Village Playacar, Playa del Carmen, Mexico

Anyone know anything about the
Occidental Caribbean Village Playacar ?
Its not on the beach (says its in a forest, with a shuttle bus to the
beach).
And its 2.5 km from the town of Playa del Carmen

What is the snorkelling like at Playacar?
Are there any smaller all-inclusive hotels in that area?
