I snuck Hyatt into the name so that the thread author would know that it wasn't the same two hotels he was mentioning, because as you know, the Hyatt Grand Wailea is right next door to the Four Seasons, and close to the Kea Lani. Anyway, the Grand Wailea is a Hyatt Regeancy. If I remember right, the Hyatt in Kaanapali has changed hands many times, and Hyatt merely has a contract to operate the property, which is the same situation in Wailea.
