I always carry a change of clothes on-board with me, along with my laptop, camera, and prescription drugs. My toiletries go in my checked luggage. Considering that most hotels supply basic toiletries such as shampoo and soap, and the rest are easy to buy nearly anywhere, any time for a few bucks, its not worth adding more to my carry-on luggage.
