Quaint weekly rental in the city of Traverse City,Michigan  "The Cherry
Capital of the world,the city sits on the shore of Grand Traverse Bay

 Numerous golf courses and two casino's close by. Volley ball courts on the 
beach "2 blocks from the home",and lighted
tennis courts within a block of the home,A  boat marina and swimming
beach,next door to the local zoo,with train ride for the adults and
children,4 blocks to the center of the downtown area,with bike paths around
the
 city,from the west side to the east side of town.

 The Air Condition  home with all natural woodwork completely
furnished,washer,dryer,tv
vcr,microwave,pots and pans,dishes,linens and others all you need is your
personal items and your own food.

 Your home away from home while your enjoying all that the area has to offer.
Great for large families, as well as being a couple's romantic getaway. We are
presently accepting reservations for the  2003,2004 and 2005 seasons.


Come on in, the roomy entry at the front door can become an extension to either
the living room or the dining room. There is also an extra phone plug in for
those who don't want to leave their computer at home.

The home's Kitchen is large with lots of counter space and storage.

The Dining room has a table that can seat 8-10. There is a door to the side
patio off the dining room, this is great for bar-b-qs and picnics.

A comfy Living room with plenty of seating and tables. A TV/VCR with remote are
provided for your enjoyment as well as some family videos and games.    

Newly refinished Bathroom with double sinks and plenty of room for a busy
family.
        
Cancellation Policy
Due to the demand for accommodations in the area, we require a $250.00 deposit
to reserve your stay. If you need to cancel or reschedule, a 30 day notice is
appreciated. Multi-Year reservations require only a $200 deposit per year. 


Summer Rates 
>From Memorial Day to Labor Day- The home rents for $950.00 per week, or $180.00
per day if less then 6 days. Three-day weekends are $525.00.(Upon Availability)



Holiday Week Rates Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years rental rates are the
same as the summer rates.

Winter Rates
Except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years: $650.00 per 7 days, daily
$135.00. Three-day weekends $350.00.
