Vacation Trade - St Augustine Home for Key West Home

We own a 3br 2 ba waterfront home in St Augustine, Fl and are looking
to trade vacation time with a homeowner in Key West, Florida. Our home
sits on a small stretch of land between the ocean and intercoastal. We
have a pool, jacuzzi, dock and boathouse that fits boats as large as
ours (32' Donzi). The ocean is right across the street and you can
fish from our dock out back, your boat or one of the best local areas,
the Matanzas bridge which is only about 5 houses down the street. St
Augustine is the Nations Oldest City and there are lots of things to
do here. We have all the tourist things just like Key West including
horse and carriage rides, trolly trains, ghost tours, etc.
Ideally we'd like to find one homeowner who'd like to make regular
trades (2-6 times a year) since we come to Key West all the time. Our
home is our full time home but we'd consider trading with a regular
rental condo, apartment, etc. Our first choice for a trade is as close
to Duval street as possible since it's that area we like to visit.
