West Caribbean Airways has flights between San Andres- Medellin, San Andres-
Panama and San Andres- San Jose (Costa Rica). Their website is

AeroRepublica, Inter and Avianca also have flights from other Colombian
cities then Bogota, but I'm not aware of international destinations from the
island. A Word-document from the San Andres Island Government with tourist
information also mentions just 2 international flights :-/
