B&Bs in Rotorua/Queenstown, NZ

Hi,

My wife and I will be travelling to New Zealand in December and we'd
like to spend at least a few nights in B&Bs to get an opportunity to
meet the locals.

Does anyone have any good recommendations for B&B type accomodation in
either Rotorua or Queenstown?  We're looking for something in the $100
- $130 NZ price range.
