Possible, but unlikely Fred. Most of the unit (apartment) owners have them
under management - the majority of the holiday lettings are in high rise
buildings. They operate a seasonal fee structure. Christmas/Easter is the
highest rate, then the school holidays, then the rest Peak rates are at
least twice; sometimes three times the off-peak rates. You should get
something for $400 - provided it is outside all school holiday blocks.
