The only no-frills option I can think of is taking DBA
(www.flydba.com) to Cologne/Bonn, and from there Germanwings
(www.germanwings.com) to Paris. Both routes are served with high
frequency. Vary the dates to get a cheaper fare, and leave sufficient
time for connections.
