Unfortunately, many people will take things they read on that website as fact. FWIW, if FOOD is that important, then be prepared to accept what they have or bring your own.. I am wondering about this report regarding "getting a turkey sandwich from coach". When I last flew AA from ORD-LAX, it was a Bistro meal. That is, you would have had to pick up the sandwich when boarding the plane.
