Man, you don't know what you are missing. In addition I do not think you
really know what you are talking about, and you may even be a troll. But
I'll answer anyway. While it is true that the road safety is far from
European levels, I do not feel less safe than when I am roller skating in
the traffic at rush hours in Paris. You can count on incidents from time
to time, but all the travelers who went there and all the locals who use
the roads everyday are all the living proof that one should never let
mongers of fear, uncertainty and doubt dissuade him from setting foot out
of his home.
