Not even, sadly.  Orson said that the toy was meant to be Red Alert
through and through, but at some stage they gave it the wrong name
purely by mistake and nobody caught it until it was too late to fix.

There's no question it's an homage / rebirth of the original Red
Alert.  If the techspec even *remotely* hints at him being in any way
Red Alert or an analogue thereto, I'm just gonna ditch this
Infernonsense and call him by his true name from now on.

TTT, and I probably will regardless of what the 'spec says.  I mean,
LOOK at it.
