Vintage "shootin shell" toy machine gun

I am seeking info regarding a toy received in 1966.  It was a fullscale/full
auto M60 machine gun firing Mattel type "shootin shell" cartridges, battery
powered belt feed, dual butterfly handles and tripod.  Please provide any
info regarding the manufacturer and any resellers of this toy.  Thanks!
