I cannot think of anything that would cause  a conflict with the video on
your machine. All I can suggest is to uninstall the tower and reinstall it.
I am running XP home version. I don't know if the Pro version would cause
any problem.

USB TOWER RE-INSTALL
For users who may not have installed the USB Tower properly or have
uninstalled
the USB Tower, you can re-install the USB Tower by inserting your Robotics
Invention System 2.0 CD-ROM in to your CD/DVD-ROM drive and then navigate to
your CD/DVD-ROM drive and select the ReinstallUSBTower.exe and run
