I have seen that one as well. Surprised it wasn't picked up by somebody here
(or maybe deep pockets did). It was on eBay a long time back. 
Wish I could tell you about the 3sp ambulance. That was back in the predirtbags
days here in town and I got to look at tons of stuff. There were so many vars
on that damn ambulance that I was getting tired of looking. I still remember
people following the number of lines on the rear bumper/step as the tooling was
failing and picking up vars based on that LOL! The tooling was cleaned up or
retooled right at the end of the series and they all started coming out with
smooth steps. Ah, those were the days!
