Value of 1993 Jack Skellington figure

Hello.  I am searching for an estimate on a figure's value to
collectors.  This figure is an 8.75" tall Skellington from Hasbro,
1993.  Jack is wearing a pinstripe tuxedo.  It comes with an orange
jack-o-lantern mask and an orange tombstone stand.  The mask splits in
two.  The figure is unopened in box.

Does anyone know what a collector might pay for such an item?  Or does
anyone want such an item?
