Can these numbers be correct?

at 4.5 scholarships allowed at men's D1, D2 schools that means there are around
2,000 schools with men's programs. Or are we including Scholastic Scholarships
for athletes in the total?

Maybe he's referring to OVERALL athletic scholarships---for all sports, not just VB.
