Actually, I thought it was said that both teams go to sideout scoring when the point before game is reached after the team that is losing gets one chance to score a rally point when the team that is winning is serving. The method of having the team that is winning go to sideout while the team that is losing gets to stay in rally score until they catch up is not a good one.
