That may be..., but the fact remains that with the rally system in place..
There is no way they could have done all the semis on Friday the way they
use to.  Well.. yeah, they could have... play till midnight....  The system
that was suppose to secure more "timely" schedules caused chaos.  I left the
stadium around time I've left the last 8 or 10 years I've gone to the
tourney.  One difference... I didn't see 2A or 4A semis which means I missed
4 matches that I saw in the previous 8 or 10 years.  Now, I really don't
care if it was just by chance they happen to go to the 3 day tourney the
same year they switched to ping pong scoring... the fact remains that in the
previous several years I saw more matches in the same amount of time.  Don't
get me started on the 12 points that were awarded for doing nothing by
putting the serve into the net in the first match alone I saw on Friday.
This REALLY gets me going......
