Changing from Sideout to Rally scoring doesn't have any first order effects on how you should serve. You are still playing to win each rally so you still have the same incentives on how you should serve. There are some some interrally effects that may affect on how you should serve. But these have to do with things like planning for getting tired and using subs and generally don't have much affect on how you should serve.
