Re: starting the serve outside of the playing space

If the R1 mistakenly beckons for serve while the 
server is not completely on the playing Sport Court
at nationals, is it proper to stop play, give a 
replay signal, then motion the server onto the court?
Or should the R1 live with his/her mistake?

Also, if a server routinely jump serves, and routinely
beings the approach from outside of the service area,
is it appropriate to beckon for serve when the player is 
in control of the ball but outside of the service area,
or should the player be going into the service area,
awaiting a beckon for serve, then move to outside the service
area (but still on the playing surface
) to begin the serve?
