Read The product reviews section of this site, it has some splendid
essays, especially the one I wrote about my Pashley 29er,{tsk, tsk},
then get yourself a 26 inch inch muni with a 3 inch Gazzy tire on it. It
might not be the 'perfect' thing for you, but you will love it, and you
won't find yourself wishing for one later. Hub type may not be that
important if you aren't doing big drops. If you are a shredder the
splined hub may be in the works as well.
