Good find. I had replaced 'system' with 'gear' and ploughed (plowed?)
through the first few results pages without success.

You can also download the first page as a pdf file. I may be able to
retrieve the rest (due to work). But I may not pursue that, it is not
too interesting in my view, as it would not be applicable in a regular
uni without a chain drive. I had hoped for something like an
internally geared hub.
