I went with velomax tempest.  $375 off e-bay $650 retail.  It was a
good decision. Very fast hub (don't use it in the rain though) 30mm
depth is decent.  Spoke count is low. It's light for 30mm rim  I can
use these to race crit's and tri's.  Stay away from Sparticus.  I have
talked to a couple people who had major problems with them regularly
comming out of true. If you could swing it for a tri dedicated combo
the 303 front and a hed 3 rear would make a great combo that should be
comortable and fast for you.  I buy most of my stuff off e-bay used to
save some money with no problems.
